About EduTray

EduTray started from a simple observation: most days involve a handful of tiny digital chores — making a password, shrinking a photo for a form, checking whether two colours work together, tidying a block of JSON. Each chore is thirty seconds of actual work wrapped in five minutes of finding the right website, dismissing its pop-ups and hoping it doesn't keep a copy of your file.

So this site keeps twenty of those chores in one tray. Every tool is a single page that does one job, does it in your browser, and forgets you were there. There is no account to create, nothing to install, and nothing you paste or drop here ever leaves your device.

What "runs in your browser" means

It means the work happens on your own computer or phone, using built-in browser features: the secure random number generator for passwords, the canvas element for images, standard web cryptography for hashes. You can verify the claim in about ten seconds — open any tool, open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and use the tool. You'll see no requests going out.

What it costs

Nothing. The tools are free with no usage limits and no watermarks on the output. The site may carry advertising in the future to cover hosting costs. Any advertising code runs in the page around the tools and has no access to what you type into them — a tool never hands your input to anything outside itself.

The limits, stated plainly

These are small utilities, not professional software, and each tool page says where its own reliability ends. A hash generator won't store your passwords for you. A contrast ratio is computed math, not a guarantee that text looks good on every screen. Treat the outputs as helpful starting points, and read the short notes on each page before trusting one with something important.
