What helps us help you
- Bug reports: the tool name, your browser and version, what you did, and what you expected instead. If a setting was involved, include the settings — not the secret content.
- Tool requests: describe the job, not just the tool. "I need to turn a list of emails into a CSV" gets built faster than "make me a converter". A good candidate is one page, needs no account, and does its work in the browser.
- Privacy questions: see the privacy policy first — most answers are already there.
Please don't send passwords, private keys or personal documents by email — even to report a bug. Describe the problem with placeholder content instead.
