URL Encoder
Make text safe for URLs — or turn encoded text back into something readable. Pick the right mode for the job: a single value, a whole address, or decoding. It all happens in your browser.

How it works
Encode component is for a single value that's going inside a URL — typically a query parameter like a search term. It encodes everything except letters, digits and a handful of safe symbols, so characters like &, = and spaces can't accidentally break the surrounding URL apart. This is the mode you want when building a query string piece by piece.
Encode full URL is for an address that's already assembled. It leaves the structural characters alone — :, /, ?, # and friends — and only encodes the characters that have no business being in a URL, like spaces and non-Latin letters. Use it to clean up a pasted link without mangling its shape.
Decode reverses percent-encoding, turning %20 back into spaces and so on. Two honest caveats: a lone % or a truncated escape like %2 can't be decoded and will raise a notice instead of guessing; and a + sign is left as-is, because plus-for-space is a form-submission convention, not a URL rule.
